In PE this quarter, we learned so much about different types of swimming. We first asked to swim laps for 40 times, which we need to do either freestyle and breaststroke. We are also learned how to do a butterfly stroke. On doing the butterfly stroke, we first have to move our body first, then followed by the arms. I learned how this study of swimming can help for our self defense as if we want to safe ourself when there is an accident, and we could also help other people with our ability. I think that this is very useful and it is deserve to be study from now. I think that what I did well is in the breast stroke and free style. I wasn't actually able to do free style. But after several practices and lessons, I think I did good. I also think that I did good in the back stroke, as I have to balance myself to float on the water. It helps me to built myself to be confident and to learn new things.
I think that this relates to our AOI this quarter, which is Human and Ingenuity where we could interact with each other when we were playing and learning together. I also could share the knowledge I have from swimming to other people who could also need to learn about swimming. The ATL that relates to this unit are collaboration, communication, and thinking. For collaboration, I think that when swimming we should be together because some of us cannot actually swim, and by that we could help them by giving them our knowledge and teach them how to. I also think that communication shows in this unit as we need to communicate to each other.
